Description

Based in either Bogotá (Colombia), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Mexico City (Mexico) or Sao Paolo (Brazil).

Must be fluent in spoken and written English language skills.

The Regional Recruiter for ERM's Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) Region will be responsible for the overall coordination, management and delivery of c.80-100 new external hires each year into the Region. This will cover all levels of hiring from entry level consultants through to Partner (leadership) level talent. The position reports directly into the LAC Regional HR Director in Mexico and functionally through to the Global Resourcing Director based in London UK. ERM's LAC Region consists of 9 countries including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico and employs c.500 staff.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the central coordination point for all recruitment vacancies across the 9 countries within the LAC Region - Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Guyana, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Puerto Rico.
  • Manage all levels of hires from entry level graduates up to leadership levels,
  • Ensure that all vacancies are approved in line with local approval processes,
  • Ensure that all recruitment is diligently managed on ERM's recruitment system - 'Workday Recruitment' - from the creation of a vacancy to the completion of a successful hire,
  • Advertise all vacancies across LAC to the internal employees as part of the recruiting process to improve internal staff mobility,
  • Engage in a comprehensive range of candidate sourcing channels to include ERM.com, LinkedIN, employee referrals, head-hunting (search), local advertising in industry journals and publications, and engaging with recruitment agencies as appropriate,
  • Support the Region with reliable candidate screening and interview scheduling, providing interview coaching as required to the LAC hiring managers,
  • Provide relevant market compensation data to inform the offer process,
  • Engage with local in-country HR teams to assist in the generation of employment offers and contract documentation,
  • Produce relevant recruitment reports and metrics as required to track recruitment progress,
  • Ensure compliance to any local data protection requirements, employment law and equal opportunities monitoring and philosophy,

Requirements
  • Experienced in the recruitment of technical and/ or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy and/ or management consulting industry sector,
  • Experienced in recruiting at all levels of hire and able to manage candidates at senior levels,
  • Experienced in the usage of social media channels to proactively source for suitable candidates,
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience of working with and managing senior managers on their recruitment requirements,
  • Strong interviewing skills able to coach and develop ERM hiring managers to improve assessment and identification of future hires,
  • Experience and rigorous usage of recruitment system technology; i.e. Workday Recruitment, Taleo, Brassring, Avature; etc.
  • Able to forge collaborative internal relationships with hiring managers, HR community and senior stakeholders across ERM,
  • High energy levels and passion for identifying and bringing in the best relevant talent to continue to grow ERM's regional business,
  • Excellent English language skills in both verbal and written communication.
